About us...

The Memorial area is a prestigious upscale market that boasts mature trees and neighborhoods with oversized lots.  It is west of downtown and was one of the first suburban areas to follow the job growth in Houston.  Today you will see many ‘tear-downs’ as the value of the real estate far exceeds the value of the original homes that were built there.  Memorial lies within the western edge of the “Energy Corridor” and so there are jobs convenient to the residents.

We are more than just a team of professional real estate agents at our office. Our agents are an integral part of the community – we are your neighbor, friend, and/or colleague. We shop, dine and play, we volunteer at area nonprofits, and most importantly, we send our kids to the local schools and enjoy all that our community has to offer.

About Trisha Fletcher

Sales Associate Trisha Fletcher believes in the aphorism, "Houses are made of bricks and beams, homes are made of hopes and dreams. She says, "Anyone can buy a house, I want to help people find a home." Trisha sees herself as a personal shopper. She listens to her client's needs and then takes an organized, disciplined approach to find the property that best meets those needs. A problem solver, Trisha works hard to make the home buying and selling process as smooth and effortless as possible. Trisha was named "Rookie of the Year" her first year in the business and and has continued to achieve success by being named as a Top Producer for the past four years. She is the former Chairman of the HAR Westside Realtors Networking Luncheon. One of the honors she cherishes the most was to be named the "Ultimate Team Player" by her fellow associates. Born in Beaumont the native Texan moved to Houston in 1974. For over three decades she has watched the city grow and prosper and delights in the opportunity to introduce clients to all it has to offer. Her market spans throughout the city with an emphasis on the Memorial area, the Energy Corridor and in Katy. With a BS in Elementary Education from the University of Texas Trisha was a substitute teacher for six years with Spring Branch ISD. Prior to raising her children, she worked in various areas of the banking industry, an experience which affords her some valuable insight for her clients. Trisha is the mother of three children who attended Spring Branch schools.
